The Mima Marauders is a down home, friendly cowboy action Evergreen Logoshooting club that meets monthly at the Evergreen Sportsmen's Club, just south of Olympia, Washington. We take our name from the nearby Mima Mounds Natural Preserve Area - hundreds of 6-foot-tall-by-30-foot-wide uniformly distributed mounds of soil of unknown origin.

We are one of Washington State's newest SASS-affiliated cowboy action shooting clubs. We received our affiliation certificate in July, 2009. We hosted our first official SASS match on August 8, 2009, although we held informal shoots before that time. Please come join in the fun.

Buckshot Ryan shot the Spencer Hogland( aka Lead Dispenser) offical speed stage. He shattered the record for Buckaroo. Buckshot Ryan shot the stage in a blistering time of 17.93 seconds CLEAN. We are mighty proud of this young man.

Our club is family oriented, and spectators are welcome. Please drop by and say hello. Feel free to bring your family; bring your friends; bring your non-aggressive dogs; and by all means, bring your Old West spirit. We are all about having fun, but since we use live ammunition, safety is of paramount concern. All shooters and their guests must wear eye protection and hearing protection. Safety first, but we are all about fun at the Mima Marauders. We don't like nitpicking or club politics.
